2023 – Germany, DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH & Co. KG – Blast furnace lining
TUB Technik GmbH will be commissioned to carry out the mechanical work as part of the blast furnace lining in summer 2023.
The following services are included in the scope of services ordered:
- Repair of drain pipe Quadrant 1 HO cooling
- Repair of filling/ring pipe cooling disc B
- Repair of upper belt cover platform GIMA
- Repair of steel structure, belt head GIMA
- Inspection of compressed air lines
- Repair work on the troughs
- Repair of steel structure, control station GIMA
- Repair of wear rails on the GIMA extraction roofs
- Repair of pig iron ladle
- Replacement of manganese rails in Redler 1
All work was completed on time and without incident by TUB Technik GmbH.
