TUB Technik GmbH will be commissioned to carry out mechanical work as part of the blast furnace lining in summer 2024.
The following services are included in the scope of work ordered:
- Repair of filter press belt construction
- Manufacture and replacement of KOMA chute
- Replacement of DN1200 compensator
- Overhaul of Redler belt 1+2 (GIMA)
- Overhaul of spray iron sheet belt 1+2
- Overhaul of chain trough and chain of pig iron bucket car
- Repair of GIMA belt head steel construction
- Overhaul of discharge system 1+2
- Repair of pig iron bucket
- Repair of discharge track 1+2
- Repair of GIMA crossbeam
- Replacement of support beams for steam extraction pipes, belt 2
- Repair of pipeline – drain HO support 4
- Repair of steam drum cooling disc A
All work was completed on time and without incident by TUB Technik GmbH.
