TUB Technik GmbH will be commissioned to carry out the mechanical work as part of the blast furnace lining in summer 2022. The following services are included in the scope of work ordered:

• Manufacture and delivery of armored plates for the blast furnace vessel, including an annealed iron tapping frame
• Dismantling of armored plates and their reassembly
• Replacement of cooling boxes and their piping
• Execution of various mechanical repair work on the blast furnace plant
