2021 – Germany, DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH
DOMINNION Deutschland GmbH commissioned TUB Technik GmbH to carry out the following dismantling and assembly work as part of the blast furnace lining at the DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH plant:
- Replacement of 496 copper and gray cast iron cooling boxes
- Piping and tubing of the 496 copper and gray cast iron cooling boxes
- Production of the assembly opening (barn door) and its reassembly
- Disassembly and assembly of temperature measurements and their connection pieces
- Various repair work on the furnace shell
During the planned shutdown period of 40 days, the work was carried out on time and without accidents.
